Concrete Integrity Assessment System "TIP"
We will detect defects in the concrete of cast-in-place piles early!
The "TIP" system allows for the early detection of defects by measuring the temperature of concrete during curing immediately after placement. Traditionally, to confirm the integrity of cast-in-place concrete piles, integrity tests or cross-hole tests were conducted at the pile head after the concrete had cured and solidified. These tests could only be performed after the concrete had cured and solidified. This system enables the early detection of defects, allowing for prompt planning and implementation of countermeasures. 【Features】 ■ By measuring the temperature rise due to the hydration reaction of the concrete during curing, early detection of defects in the pile body concrete is possible. ■ Early detection of defects allows for prompt planning and implementation of countermeasures. ■ Awarded the Charles Pankow Award for Innovation from the American Society of Civil Engineers (2015) and other invention awards. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
